    I have treid the skin care tool called Le Edge- its looks like a razor but is a skin exfoliator-its sounds worse than it is “a skin scraper”- you get a hot shower and start at your head scrap all the way down- over your face-and body- my lord this removes all of the dead skin- better than any cream i have ever used any peel i have used and its 100% natural chemical free- highly suggest it! i love mine- there is a little bit of info on it on youtube– x shelly

    Ok, Gina if I could hug you I would. I received the R&P facial creme today; the oil is on backorder; and I used it for the first time today. I cannot tell you what a difference just one application has made!! They’re right when they say this is a beauty care system so good you might not want to tell anyone about it!!! Can’t wait for the oil and I am buying the soap and doubling up on the creams tonight. Thank you, Gina!! All I have ever wanted was good skin. Bless your heart, sweetie!!!

    Gina – you are one of the most informative girls on here…I just love the way you ‘really’ explain things…and make us understand…so thank you for that.

    @TheSourceSkincare …
    @TheSourceSkincare gosh.. I can’t remember where I read this (reading all over and getting confused) that oily skin can be an indication of actually being deficient in vitamins, etc?! so adding them to the skin and body can help it… omg so much information! LOL
    YES! I love picking your brain over the phone! May do that today hahah!

    The upshot of this …
    The upshot of this whole conversation, to me, is what we talked about the other day: certain oils are GREAT for the skin, unlike what is commonly thought out there, that you should never use oil on skin, acne prone or otherwise. Thanks for sharing this!

  12. TheSourceSkincare Says:

    @ginabinawina99 I …
    @ginabinawina99 I eat crow, you are absolutely right…I wasn’t paying attention to the fact that this was seed oil only, which is what I get for trying to talk about anything important after working 12 hours already!! LOL I cannot find the exact fatty acid composition in terms of percentages for this oil, does your resource have it? If so, please share. For example, Kukui has Oleic- 25.5%; Palmitic- 6.5%; Alpha-Linolenic- 25.1%; Linoleic- 40%

  13. ginabinawina99 Says:

    @TheSourceSkincare …
    @TheSourceSkincare I’m sure you have a good source of fatty acid profiles for all of these things. I’m hoping to see a source of full profiles of all these oils to compare and contrast. fun stuff!

    @ginabinawina99 ..lolol..Well THANKS for breaking the chemical compounds down for me!!! I will try it then!! Hugs

  15. ginabinawina99 Says:

    @TheSourceSkincare …
    @TheSourceSkincare hey Nic! I was reading up on the oil and found the seed oil and the fruit oils have different profiles. What’s your take. Seabuckthorn seed oil contains a high content of the two essential fatty acids, linoleic acid and a-linolenic acid (Chen et al. 1990), which are precursors of other polyunsaturated fatty acids such asarachidonic and eicosapentaenoic acids. The oil from the pulp/peel of seabuckthorn berries is rich inpalmitoleic acid and oleic acid (Chen et al. 1990).

  16. ginabinawina99 Says:

    @MoiraS63 argan and …
    @MoiraS63 argan and sea buckthorn have quite different fatty acid profiles among other things. The key thing that stands out is the caratenoids, which gives the oil an orange color is extremely high in antioxidants. Also, sea buckthorn is more rich in saturated fatty acids which are more stable and less prone to oxidation like unsaturated, which argan is more rich in. Argan has only Omega 3’s where sea buckthorn has omega 3,6,7 ok.. rant done! lol

    Gina is that eye cream a preventive, or even for mature skin?? The Serum sounds like something I would want to try, however I have combo skin now..but when winter comes along, it gets drier..but I have heard from some others, it is just another Argon OIl, do you find this true?? Thanks xx

  21. TheSourceSkincare Says:

    @ginabinawina99 You …
    @ginabinawina99 You could, definitely. IMO Tamanu is best for those with inflammatory skin conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis) and scarring, but an anti-inflammatory never hurt anyone, as you so correctly pointed out in your video. Other great oils of this unsaturated fatty acid type are kukui, pumpkin seed, grapeseed, argan, etc. Some of these are not so pleasant to put on the skin without being blended due to their scent, however…

    @CourtneyEuphoric I …
    @CourtneyEuphoric I think it really depends on the cream. If you use a retinol based facial cream, it sin’t a good idea to put it around the eyes, but if you use a regular moisturizer there should be no reason to put it around the eyes.

  24. ginabinawina99 Says:

    @CourtneyEuphoric …
    @CourtneyEuphoric yes! this brand is much more widespread than we realized being in all the stores. whats great is the soap is very very affordable. I think the other Gina got hers for $5 at her store?
