Do essential oils really help and if they do how?
Massage techniques that work for the face?
Essential oils really do work. There are many reasons why, they are protective, encourage cell growth, effect the endocrine system, the list goes on. Base oils are an effective part of a skin care regimen as well. Massage techniques are outlined fairly well in a book titled, Facelift at your Fingertips.
Emily’s Oils & Essentials www.eoils.net has an interactive search engine that you can use to search for words that describe what you want to alleviate or achieve.
Emily’s Oils offers proprietary blends that are ready to go as well as custom blending and a very complete stock of essential oils and base materials.
i am 17, and have combination skin, my face doesnt really get oliy and at times i get spots, i try and use cleansers and toners etc, but which would you recomend for my skin type
Thank You
clearasil is really good and doesnt overdry also neutrogena has a whole bunch of different lines for different types so you could check that out too!
I haven’t try that brand. But my favourite natural skin care products are Aesop and Jurlique. They are both made from the finest natural ingredients and i’ll give you the link incase you want to check them out :

If you like them, I’m sure you could get them in your country or manybe get them online.
Hope this helps and good luck.
I just got the skin care kits yesterday and love it. I’m thinking about getting all my make up from them.
Does anyone have any review or comments on the products?
"the supernatural" is a great concealer! it works AMAZINGLY! i will use it forever!
I am trying to develop a routine with my face, hair and body….I know about washing and conditioning but what is a good regimen to start while i am young to keep healthy skin? I don’t smoke or drink so I know that helps – and sunscreen – but what type of plan should i start to follow?
First let me commend you on not smoking or drinking which can severely dehydrate your skin and cause other health issues. I would suggest this, make sure you are taking in an adequate amount of water each day you’d be surprised how much substituting water for juices and soda does for your overall health and especially your skin. Next research which foods can help in maintaining skin, face and body health. For example did you know that if you have a certain type of acne zinc is great in fighting it? I won’t tell you to take zinc I’ll leave that up to your doctor, he/she would know the dosage to recommend or weather that would be suffucient for the type of skin issue’s you might be sufferring from ..but I will say this spinach and romaine lettuce have high dosages of zinc and a salad a day keeps your skin looking great, be careful though many salad dressing are high in calories. Omega’s are great for skin you can find that in flaxseed oil. Vitamin’s A.C.E. are perfect for keeping your skin looking great find out which foods are high in these and start eating it in moderation. In reference to your hair biotin is a great mineral in which to help keep it strong it also helps in the health of your finger nails, yet again get your doctor’s advice on such health issue’s. Keep hydrated throughout the day and I commend you on using sunscreen don’t forget to use it on all your body parts that will be expose to the sun . If I can be of any more help please let me know =)

Face wash, face wipes, eye makeup remover, toner,eye/undereye creams, face/day/night creams, blemish/acne treatment,….and anything else you use.
I mostly use the Nivea Visage Line, but there are some others.
Face Wipes-Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing towelettes(these take everything off!) and I use Olay daily facials express wet(I love the texture!)
Eye Makeup remover-Oil free eye makeup remover by Neutrogena(gets Everything off!)
Toner-Nivea Visage Moisturizing toner(it smells great, skin feels refreshed)
Eye Creme-Nivea Visage Q10 Advanced Wrinkle reducer(love the smell/texture, not too greasy)
Day Creme-Nivea Visage Q10 Advanced Wrinkle reducer(love for the same reasons as above)
Night Creme-Nivea Visage Q10 Advanced Wrinkle reducer(same as above)
Blemish/acne treatment-Clean & Clear maximum strength Invisible Blemish treatment(really reduces size/redness. usually after the 1st use)
Face Wash-I want to try the Nivea Visage gentle cleansing and eye makeup remover
i use neutrogena to remove makeup bc it is slick and justs wipes it right off, clean and clear for face wash as well as st.ives apricot scrub to exfoliate skin, and attitude product from the dead sea as a face cleanser (can be bought at the mall from those people from isreal!) and i use clinique products for moistirizers and preventon of wrinkles but i hear este lauder is great for the face in terms of preventing it from aging and dark spots, it is just expensive.
I want to make a line of products to sell.
Do you mean for yourself, or do you mean you want to try to make your own line of products to sell? Because there will be different answers for each of those.
