I have tried Clinique, Olay, Dove, Lancome, Estee Lauder and all make my eyes burn or skin breakout within hours. I have developed this sensitivity over the past 15 years and it just seems to get worse all the time. Suddenly at a time in my life when I really need to wear a little make up, I can’t wear any at all.
I have also used Mary Kay and, sadly, it was one of the worst for my skin.

Same problem here babe! It BLOWS! I get the hive action and everything… ugh.

Face wash: Avalon Organics Co-Q 10 Facial Cleansing Milk. Its sooo gentle and removes makeup (as a bonus, its not really supposed to…). It has no actual soap (sodium –blank–sulfates) in it, but its amazing! They have one that is just a cleanser so if you get it make sure you get the Facial Cleansing MILK!

Makeup: Smoky Mountain Minerals is really nice and doesnt contain bismuth (which causes allergic rxns). My aunt uses Mojave Magic and her allergies are RIDICULOUS. I have never used it but she likes it so, thats a pretty good word to go on. For eyeshadow I use the Smoky Mountain stuff or Bare Minerals.

I hope you find something that works for you. Look those up online, and see what you can find. I know how FREAKIN’ FRUSTRATING stupid allergies can be (and expensive for the steroids too)! I hope I helped ya! Good luck.

Sometimes when we look really9999 carefully on our faces (women) – look in normal day light. We can see facial hair around our faces, and if we see it after using a new product or our current product, we blame the products because before this we didn’t realize it, or it’s true that excessive facial hair can grow if using a "hyperactive ingredient" in the skin care products?. true or false

Not true, facial hair growth depends on your genetics and hormones, some products can bleach or darken the hair which makes it more visible but there is no real change in the length, or perhaps the skin product makes your skin smoother amd more susceptible to the sun which explains the difference

Hell everyone! I have been on my skin care journey for about 3 years. I’ve used so many products ranging from Proactive to regular over the counter products like Neutrogena. I have decided to change to non-chemical products, I want to try out natural skin care products due to the fact that I’ve noticed more irritation with the chemical products. My skin is oily and i also have moderate/minor breakouts mostly pimples/whiteheads. Can you suggest any natural skin care that i can purchase over the counter that will give me great results.

I have never used Juice Beauty, but I am a big fan of Eminence Organics.

I have used Eminence products for almost 2 years now and I just feel good about using the products. I have noticed a difference in my skin texture and tone, but then I wasn’t moisturizing regularly before using Eminence because I didn’t like the way that the products felt on my skin or the ingredients in them.

what are good cleansers and moisturizers for african ameican skin. i hav oily skin, mainly my t-zone

I use Noxema to wash my face and then I use a Noxema astringent. Then I use Lubriderm as a moisturizer. I find that my skin stays relatively clear. When I have a rare breakout, I use aloe vera and that clears the breakout right away. The thing is that you don’t want to use anything that will dry your skin out too much because your skin will produce more oil and your skin will become oilier.
